Sales, Advertising and Marketing – The Basics…

Hey guys,

Three words come to mind, when I think of this topic, all are critical and have various levels of distinctions.

So what is the difference between Sales, Advertising and Marketing?

As you begin to learn more you will find three terms that are very different and the same. For the definition of these modules unless otherwise stated,

Sales is the actual and overall process as well as the goal of what we are doing. We must focus on making sales through our advertising and marketing strategies.

Advertising is attracting new people to the business through whatever means. If you are trying to attract new people then this is advertising.

Marketing is the process of raising, changing or influencing of those that have been exposed at whatever level to your Philosophy, Products, or Business.
